I hereby withdraw from the Agreement on the provision of charging with the company Smart Fuel Pass s.r.o. without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. By exercising this right of withdrawal, I also terminate all contracts within the Smart Fuel Pass system, including framework contracts for payment services provided by Ultima Payments a.s.
